Tap the "Create" button on the Circles screen, set the contribution amount and how often members contribute, and invite your members. OjaCircle runs rotating payout circles (ajo / esusu): each period every member contributes and one member receives the whole pool, rotating until everyone has had a turn. The payout order is assigned automatically when the circle starts.

Go to your Home screen and tap Deposit. You can fund your wallet via bank transfer (Flutterwave) for NGN or card payment (Stripe) for international currencies.

Contributions are made from your OjaCircle wallet. When a contribution is due, tap Contribute on your circle and confirm with your transaction PIN. You'll receive a notification when it's time to pay.

In a rotating payouts circle, all members contribute each period and one member receives the full pool. The payout order is assigned automatically when the circle starts — highest Trust Score first — and is visible in the Rotation tab. Nobody, including the circle owner, picks their own slot.

Official circles are created and run by the OjaCircle team and carry an Official badge in the app. They work exactly like any other rotating circle — same contributions, deposits, and protections — with one difference: the OjaCircle organiser always takes the last payout turn, so members are paid first.

Your Trust Score reflects your reliability within OjaCircle. It increases when you make on-time contributions and complete circles. A higher score unlocks higher contribution limits and access to more circles.

Go to Profile > Verification. Standard verification (Level 1) requires your phone number. Enhanced verification (Level 2) requires a government-issued ID. Verification unlocks higher limits and access to verified circles.

OjaCircle supports NGN (Nigerian Naira), USD (US Dollar), GBP (British Pound), KES (Kenyan Shilling), GHS (Ghanaian Cedi), and ZAR (South African Rand).

Go to your wallet and tap Withdraw. Add your bank account details, enter the amount, and confirm with your PIN. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days depending on your currency and bank.

Late contributions may incur a grace period fee set by the circle organiser. Consistently missing contributions will lower your Trust Score. If you anticipate difficulty paying, communicate with your circle members early.

You can request account deletion from Profile > Settings in the app, or visit our account deletion page. Your data will be removed within 90 days in accordance with our privacy policy.
